Bulk Scanning

Robust scanning module with customizable settings enabling bulk scanning, merging and splitting documents, automatic document separation and more.

English & Arabic OCR

FotoCapture leverages advanced Optical Character Recognition (OCR) through Fotognize to auto-classify and auto-index documents in both English and Arabic to ensure fast and accurate metadata extraction.

Quality Assurance

Indexed documents are directed to the quality assurance module to ensure metadata accuracy and the reviewer can add comments to documents with errors and the documents are then returned to the scanning or indexing module.

Export to SharePoint

Automatically export documents to SharePoint by selecting the desired SharePoint library for each document type and determining the naming convention of the documents and folders from within FotoCapture.

Security

You have the option to deploy FotoCapture on-premises or on a private cloud
which is more secure than a public cloud. In addition, FotoCapture applies data in transit
encryption using HTTPS, authentication, authorization, code scans and vulnerability
checks and enables activity logs for monitoring and tracking.

Access Rights Management

Control and manage user and group access rights on the job and function level to maintain document security and confidentiality.

Customizable Capture Workflows

You can tailor the capture workflow for each job according to your needs, by just
selecting scanning and exporting or also including indexing and/or autoindexing
